Contract Services
Our contract paralegal support at Knock It Out Legal helps attorneys manage caseloads effectively, whether for short-term projects or ongoing assistance at $60.00 an hour. For newer solo attorneys, contact us to discuss a different rate. Service options include family law & litigation drafting, which encompasses petitions, motions, orders, and discovery. Additionally, we offer case management, file review, trial and hearing preparation support, office organization, and client management.
Paralegal Training
At Knock It Out Legal, we offer practical, hands-on training for aspiring paralegals, designed to develop skills and improve efficiency. Our training options are coming soon and include: Paralegal workflow and best practices, drafting pleadings, orders, and other court documents, guidance on the Texas Family Code and court procedures, as well as ethics and scope of work for paralegals. We also provide firm-specific or one-on-one mentoring.
